My name is Lyle Rea and I am a freelance drummer and percussionist. Originally hailing from Southern New Hampshire, I cut my teeth in the New England scene and have been touring, preforming live, and recording since the age of 15. Currently, I am currently based in Brooklyn New York and have been playing professionally for 2+ years. I am proficient in all genres and pride myself on a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of my clients.

- Touring: I've had the privilege to tour playing music since my freshman year of high school, and professionally since 2023.
- Studio recording: I put my all into every piece of music I have the privilege of recording on. Lets get in the studio and make something great!
- One off Shows: No tour... not problem! I am always available for singular or shorter runs of live shows.
- Drum Tech Services: In addition to playing, my love for drums and percussion makes me the perfect candidate to support any touring drummer as a dedicated and knowledgable tech.
- Tour Management: With extensive booking and tour managing experience, you can count on me to get your band up and moving on show runs of any length.
Why
I draw my inspiration from the incredibly musical world around me as well as the thriving New York City scene, always trying to become a better musician and player with every gig I take on. I believe music is the invisible thread that connects us all, and it is my distinct privilege to get to share my gift with the world through performance, teching, and music management. Since I picked up a pair of sticks for the first time in third grade orchestra, I knew that I was made to be behind the kit.
